Rental terms

These terms cover your washer and dryer rental with 478 Laundry Rentals.

Month to month

Your rental is month to month. There is no long-term contract. You are billed $69.99 on the same day each month until you cancel.

Deposit

You pay a refundable deposit when you sign up. We return it after we pick up the set, as long as it comes back in normal condition, meaning normal wear from ordinary household use.

Our equipment

The washer and dryer stay our property. You are responsible for normal care and for letting us know if something breaks.

Repairs and replacement

Repairs are included. If we cannot fix a problem, we replace the unit at no extra cost to you.

Moving or cancelling

Call or text us, or use Manage my rental, any time you want to cancel or you are moving. We will schedule a pickup. There is no early return fee.

Non-payment

If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may schedule a pickup after giving you notice.

Payments

Stripe processes all card payments for us. We do not store your full card number.
