We collect only what we need to deliver your washer and dryer set and bill you for the rental.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, delivery address, dryer hookup type, delivery preference, and any notes you give us, such as a gate code. If you pay by card, Stripe collects and stores your card details, not us.

How we use it

To schedule delivery, install and service your set, bill you each month, and contact you about your rental.

Who we share it with

Stripe, for billing. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to service your rental and to keep basic business records afterward.
